World of Wax FAQs

How much does shipping cost?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, second class standard.​

Our shipping is priced at a flat rate of £3.50 per order for shipment within the UK.

Shipping is FREE for orders over £35.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days however please allow up to a week during busy periods.

How often do you restock your products?

We try to keep everything stocked up however, restocks happen throughout the week so if something you like is out of stock, it will most likely be back on the website fairly soon. Keep an eye on our social media for updates.

Can I use World of Wax wax melts in an electric burner?

Yes you can! They work perfectly in an electric burner and have been tested by ourselves beforehand to ensure they're ok. Electric burners work best in a smaller sized room where the scent doesn't need to be thrown as far. Ideal for a bedroom/office.

How many times can I melt a cube of wax and how much do I need to use?

You can use one or two cubes of wax, it's completely up to you, they will both have the same strength scent throw. One or two cubes of World of Wax wax melts will give you up to 15 hours of scent. That's over 70 hours of scent from just one snap bar! WOW.

Can I collect my order?

Of course you can. Just select 'collection' from the shipping options on the checkout page. You'll also find our address on our Contact Us page or at the footer on all of our pages. If you do choose to collect your order, please wait for your confirmation email to advise when it is ready to collect.
